5 Rounds: 5 Deadlifts, 5 Hang Power Cleans, 5 Front Squats, 5 Push Press, 5 Back Squats

20 burpees

then 4 rounds of the above scheme

15 burpees

3 rounds of the above scheme

10 burpees

2 rounds of the above scheme

5 burpees

1 round of the above scheme
